COMgroup was retained by Mercy Medical Center to provide TSPM for the relocation of their existing data center, shell & core/IT for a new surgery addition. Structured cabling RFP process, analysis of network carriers redundancy, Douglas FastNet access and provide analysis of Cisco/Avaya VoIP options. Deliverables included:

• Coordination of technology throughout project
• Perform network systems (voice, data, wireless) analysis/revise and modify project estimates.
• Develop a schedule of key milestones including decision points and design/construction requirements.
• Update and revise the technical plan.
• Develop design criteria on all technology systems to be used by design/build contractors.
• Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings with owner, designers and project team.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly meetings.
