COMgroup was a key player in this project, providing telecom infrastructure, design and construction administration for over 272,000 square feet of the new City Hall as well as designed/coordinated the move of city owned outside plant circuits to terminate at the new site. In our work with the City of Bellevue, we provided the following services:
- Interviewed staff and documented requirements
- Designed computer, PBX, cable and communications entrance rooms
- Provided voice, data and video cabling systems
- Managed the Installation of interior and exterior cable pathways, vaults and raceways
The infrastructure supports all administrative and development servers, control rooms, workstations, networks, controls/alarms, analog and digital video, multi-mode & single-mode fiber, SONET, ATM and CATV.

Thanks in part to COMgroup, the City of Bellevue has a new City Hall and is able to provide services to city residents under one roof. Commenting on the benefits of the new building Matt Terry, Bellevue's planning director said, "By consolidating all the services the public needs to access on the main floor, it will dramatically improve the provision of public services to our clients. They won't have to wander all over City Hall to be able to access the service they need." 1
